Parcels not sold at auction....
Parcels not sold at an auction may be offered for sale the day following the auction, at the discretion of the Auditor-Treasurer's Office and purchased by anyone offering to pay the appraised price. The price cannot be changed unless the parcel is reappraised, advertised and again offered at a public auction.
As a reminder all purchasers are required to pay the State Deed Fee ($25), a Recording Fee ($46), an Assurance Fee (3% of sale price) and State Deed Tax (0
.33% of sale price). All sales are final and must be paid for with cash or check on the date of purchase.
All property is sold "as-is", with no guarantees and are subject to existing easements, restrictions and leases if any. All property is subject to all ordinances in effect now or in the future.
